Safety & Compliance

Safety built into daily operations

Student transportation is a responsibility we take seriously. These are the operating practices behind every route we run — before the vehicle leaves the lot, during the ride, and after anything unexpected.

Safety-focused transportation

Five practices behind every route

We keep safety practical and verifiable: prepared people, ready equipment, and communication that reaches the right person.

Dispatch: 651-214-6171
  1. Driver readiness

Drivers complete training before serving students and are prepared for the specific routes and riders they support. We set clear expectations for professional conduct, safe driving, and respectful interaction with students, families, and school staff.

  2. Vehicle readiness

Vehicles are checked for readiness before service, and maintenance needs are addressed promptly. Our fleet includes vehicles equipped for specialized transportation needs, and equipment is matched to each student’s transportation plan.

  3. Student safety expectations

Students are transported according to the instructions provided by schools, vendors, and guardians — including pickup and drop-off procedures, seating and securement needs, and any individualized guidance.

  4. Communication and reporting

Dispatch stays in contact with drivers throughout the service day. Schedule changes, delays, and concerns are communicated to the appropriate school, vendor, or family contact.

  5. Route accountability

Routes are planned in advance, confirmed with our partners, and monitored during service. When something changes, we update the route and confirm the change with the people who rely on it.

Preparation happens before the vehicle leaves the lot.

Safe service starts with prepared people and ready equipment — confirmed ahead of time, not assumed on the day.
